1 Adjustment of specific gravity typhoon volume

1.1 Adjustment of the air inlet volume of the specific gravity table

This is the air inlet of the specific gravity table. By adjusting the position of the insert plate, the air inlet volume can be adjusted. When processing crops with smaller bulk density, such as sesame and flax, slide the insert plate to the left and the air volume decreases; when processing crops such as corn and soybeans, slide the insert plate to the right and increase the air volume.

1.2 Adjustment of the air leakage volume of the specific gravity station

This is the air vent adjustment handle. If you are processing materials with light bulk density and need a small air volume, slide the handle downwards. The smaller the pointer value, the larger the gap the air vent door opens. The greater the air volume leaked, the smaller the air volume on the specific gravity table. On the contrary, the smaller the leakage air volume, the greater the air volume on the specific gravity table.

1.3 Adjustment of the air equalization baffle of the specific gravity table

The larger the pointer value, the greater the inclination angle of the uniform wind baffle inside the specific gravity table. Wind pressure decreases.

2 Adjustment of specific gravity table impurity removal

This is the impurity removal handle of the specific gravity table. The adjustment principles are as follows:

When the device is just turned on and running, it is recommended that the user adjust the handle to the upper end. The materials are accumulated at the impurity discharge end of the specific gravity table to produce a certain material layer thickness.

The equipment runs for a period of time until the material covers the entire table and has a certain material layer thickness. At this time, gradually lower the handle position to gradually tilt the baffle. When the adjustment is made until there is no good material among the discharged impurities, it is the best baffle position.
