Number one：Working principle
The materials enter the bulk grain box through the hoist, and are evenly dispersed into the vertical air screen. Under the action of wind, the materials are separated into light impurities, which are filtered by the cyclone dust collector and discharged by the rotary ash discharge valve, while the chaff grains and straws are discharged by the secondary settler. The rest of the materials enter the screen box, and the precision punched screen pieces of different specifications are adjusted according to the shape and size of the materials, so as to remove large and small impurities. At the same time, the finished products are divided into large, medium and small particles by increasing or decreasing the number of layers of the screen pieces.
The air separation function of this machine is mainly accomplished by vertical air screen. According to the aerodynamic characteristics of seeds and the difference of critical speeds of seeds and impurities, the air speed is adjusted to achieve the purpose of separation. Lighter impurities are sucked into the settling chamber for centralized discharge, and better seeds enter the vibrating screen after passing through the air screen. The sorting principle of vibrating screen is determined according to the geometric size characteristics of seeds. Different kinds and varieties of seeds have different sizes, so the requirements of sorting can be met by selecting and replacing screen pieces with different specifications.
