Truck Scale Structure：
The standard configuration is mainly composed of three main components: a load-bearing force transmission mechanism (scale body), a high-precision weighing sensor, and a weighing display instrument. This can complete the basic weighing function of the floor scale.
Truck Scale Processing works:
When the goods enter the weighing platform, under the action of the gravity of the goods, the elastomer of the weighing sensor undergoes elastic deformation. The impedance of the strain gauge bridge attached to the elastomer loses balance, and an electrical signal proportional to the weight value is output. Electronic components such as amplifiers, A/D converters, and microprocessors process and output digital signals, which then enter the weighing display instrument through the repeater to directly display weight and other data. If the display instrument is connected to a computer or printer, the instrument will simultaneously output the weight signal to the computer and other equipment to form a complete weighing management system.
