Magnetic Separator Applications:
The magnetic separator is an important and common machine in the grain and legume processing industry, and suitable for a wide variety of grains and legumes, such as sesame, soybean, wheat, mung beans, corn and so on. Magnetic Separator is for removing the clods and metallic elements from grains and oils seeds & pulses.When materials pour in a closed strong magnetic field, they will form a stable parabolic movement. The belt works with the appropriate speed, material go through a strong magnetic roller.Due to the different strength of attraction between material and clod, the magnetic field, clods and grains will be separated.
Magnetic Separator Structure：
The magnetic separator consists of bucket elevator, dust catcher (cyclone), double vertical screen, vibration sieve and grain exits.
Magnetic Separator Processing Works:
The material is fed into the feeding hopper, enters the grain box through the elevator and the three-way handle, and then passes through the bulk grain to evenly distribute it on the conveyor belt. Under the transportation of the conveyor belt, the material passes through two rows of filter magnets and magnetic rollers and then is thrown flat and scattered ( to remove the strong magnetic iron impurities in the material to avoid damage to the conveyor belt due to contact between the iron impurities and the magnetic roller) and form a flat polished surface. Since the soil particles contain ferromagnetic substances that are magnetic, they will change their trajectory after passing through the magnetic roller, so The material can be separated from the soil particles through the diverter plate, and finally enter the grain outlet and soil outlet of the grain outlet box respectively.
