Operation instructions are as follows:
The specific gravity machine must be fully inspected before starting up, such as the pressure door of the storage box, the adjustment damper of the suction pipe, whether the rotation is flexible, and whether the adjustment of the blowback fly adjustment plate is convenient, etc.
When starting the machine, close the damper first, then slowly open the damper after the fan is running, and start feeding at the same time.
1. Adjust the main damper so that the material covers the second layer and moves in a wave-like boiling state.
2. Adjust the anti-blowing door at the stone outlet, control the back-blowing and fly away, so that the stones and materials form a clear dividing line (the stone accumulation area is generally about 5cm), the rock out situation is normal, and the grain content in the stone meets the requirements, which is the normal working state. It is advisable that the distance between the blowback air door and the screen surface is about 15-20cm.
3. Make up air, adjust according to the boiling state of the material.
4. When stopping the machine, stop feeding first, then stop the machine and turn off the fan to prevent the screen surface from being clogged due to excessive material accumulation on the screen surface and affecting normal work.
5. Regularly clean the stone-removing screen surface to prevent blockage of the screen holes, and regularly check the wear degree of the screen surface. If the wear is too large, the screen surface should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the stone-removing effect.
