Gravity Separator Structure：
The gravity separator consists of slope elevator, gravity table, grain outlet box, frequency converter, two motors, seven fans and three outlets.The first outlet is for good seed/grain; The middle outlet is for cycle ones (good and bad) ; And the third outlet is for bad seed or grain.
Gravity Separator Processing Works:
The materials fall from the feeding hopper onto the working surface of the specific gravity table. Due to the reciprocating vibration of the table and the effect of wind power, materials with high gravity sink to the bottom of the material layer, and light and thin materials (defective products) with small specific gravity float on top, forming preliminary stratification. The defective products in the upper layer are continuously moved along the inclined working surface to the defective product area under the influence of wind force and its own gravity, slide into the discharge hopper and are discharged out of the machine. Due to its relatively large specific gravity, the finished product is easily in contact with the mesh surface and crawls towards the height due to the friction of the working surface. And at the same time slides down the slope of the screen into the finished product area, and is then discharged out of the machine through the discharge hopper. In addition, a part of the mixed material is discharged from the machine as return material from the return material outlet, and returns to the hopper through the slope elevator to re-enter screening.
