1. The selected machine is operated indoors. The place where the machine is parked should be flat and firm, and the parking position should be convenient for dust removal.
2. Before operation, check whether the connecting screws of each part are tightened, whether the rotation of the transmission part is flexible, whether there is any abnormal sound, and whether the tension of the transmission belt is appropriate.
3. When changing varieties during operation, be sure to remove the residual seed particles in the machine and keep the machine running for 5-10 minutes. At the same time, switch the front and rear air volume adjustment handles several times to remove residual species and impurities in the front, middle and rear air chambers. After confirming that there are no seeds and impurities flowing out of several storage bins, the machine can be shut down to clean the seeds and impurities on the upper surface of the sieve to the sewage outlet, and then the upper surface of the sieve and the lower sieve can be cleaned.
4. If limited by conditions, if you want to work outdoors, you should park the machine in a sheltered place and place it in the downwind direction to reduce the influence of wind on the selection effect. When the wind speed is greater than grade 3, installation of wind barriers should be considered.
5. The lubricating point should be refueled before each operation, and should be cleaned and checked after the operation, and the fault should be eliminated in time.
