Vibration Grader Applications:

Vibration grader is used for grading legume and grain seeds, and this type of machinery is widely used in the grain processing industry. The vibration grader is to separate the grains, seeds and beans to different size.Vibrating grading sieve adopts the principle of vibrating sieving, through reasonable sieve surface inclination angle and sieve mesh aperture, and makes the sieve surface angle adjustable, and adopts chain to clean the sieve surface to strengthen the sieving and ensure the grading effect.

Vibration Grader Structure:

The vibration grader consists of the grain input hopper, four layer of sieves,two vibration motors and grain exit.

Vibration Grader Processing works:

Use elevators and other equipment to transport materials to the bulk grain box. Under the action of the bulk grain box, the materials are dispersed into a uniform waterfall surface and enter the screen box. Appropriate screens are installed in the screen box. Under the action of the vibration force of the screen box, different Materials of different sizes are separated by screens of different specifications and enter the grain outlet box. The screens classify the materials and remove large and small impurities at the same time. Finally, the materials are classified and discharged from the grain outlet box for bagging or enter the grain trough for further processing.
