(1) Before starting the machine, check whether there are foreign objects on the screen surface and the fan, whether the fasteners are loose, and turn the pulley by hand. If there is no abnormal sound, it can be started.
(2) During normal operation, the feed of the stone remover should keep falling continuously and evenly along the width of the screen surface. The flow adjustment should be based on the rated output, and the flow should not be too large or too small. The thickness of the material layer should be appropriate, and the airflow will not penetrate the material layer, but also make the material in a suspended or semi-suspended state. When the flow rate is too large, the material layer on the working surface is too thick, which will increase the resistance of the airflow penetrating the material layer, so that the material cannot reach the semi-suspended state and reduce the stone removal effect; if the flow rate is too small, the material layer on the working surface is too thin, It is easy to be blown through by the airflow, and the automatic stratification of the material on the upper layer and the stone on the bottom layer will be destroyed, thus reducing the stone removal effect.
(3) When the stone removal machine is working, there should be proper grain storage in the bucket to prevent the material from directly hitting the screen surface and affect the suspension state, thereby reducing the stone removal efficiency.
(4) In order to avoid the phenomenon of uneven distribution of airflow due to the failure of the material to cover the working surface when the machine is just started, a layer of material should be covered on the working surface in advance. During normal operation, it should be ensured that the blanking distribution in the width direction of the working face is uniform.
(5) The air volume adjustment of the stone removal machine is based on the observation of the movement state of the material on the working surface and the quality of the material at the outlet. If the material is turned violently, it means that the air volume is too large; if the material is not loose and floating enough, it means that the air volume is too small. At this time, there are still stones in the outlet material, and the damper should be adjusted in time to achieve a suitable air volume.
(6) The suitable inclination angle of the working face of the stone removal machine should be between 10° and 13°. If the inclination angle is too large, the resistance to the upward movement of the stone will increase, and the speed into the selection chamber will be too slow, making it difficult to discharge the stone. If the inclination angle is too large, the downward flow rate of the material will also increase, and the side-by-side stones are easily mixed with the grains and excluded from the machine together, resulting in unclean stone removal. If the inclination angle is too small, the opposite will occur, and the material will be more difficult to discharge, which not only affects the work efficiency, but also increases the grain content in the stone. Therefore, the inclination of the working face should be kept within an appropriate range and adjusted according to the amount of stone contained in the raw grain. When the raw grain contains more stones, the inclination angle can be appropriately reduced, otherwise, it can be appropriately increased. And according to the situation that the net grain contains stones and the stones contain grains, it is judged whether the adjustment of the inclination angle is correct.
(7) The de-stone sieve plate, the air equalizing plate and the air inlet door should keep the air flow unobstructed. If the sieve hole is blocked, it can be cleaned with a wire brush. Do not knock it hard to keep the sieve plate flat. If the sieve plate is worn, it should be replaced in time, and the double-sided raised sieve plate can be turned over for use.(8) The stone removal machine should be placed behind the screening and airflow cleaning in the sorting and cleaning operation to remove the side-by-side stones that cannot be removed by the previous cleaning process.
