Digital weighbridge solves the problem of weak transmission signal and interference–digital communication
①The output signal of the analog sensor is generally tens of millivolts. During the cable transmission of these weak signals, it is easy to be interfered, resulting in unstable system operation or reduced measurement accuracy. The output signals of digital sensors are all around 3-4V, and their anti-interference ability is hundreds of times greater than that of analog signals, which solves the problem of weak transmission signals and interference;
② RS485 bus technology is adopted to realize long-distance transmission of signals, and the transmission distance is not less than 1000 meters;
③The bus structure is convenient for the application of multiple weighing sensors, and up to 32 weighing sensors can be connected in the same system.
2. Intelligence
Digital weighbridge solves the problem of eccentric load temperature influence and solves the problem of time effect creep–intelligent technology
①Prevent cheating by using simple circuits to change the size of the weighing signal;
②Digital weighbridge can automatically compensate and adjust the influence caused by unbalanced load and temperature change. Consistency, good interchangeability, after multiple sensors are connected in parallel to form a scale, the software can be used to realize linearity, correction and performance compensation, reduce system errors, and simplify the on-site installation and debugging, calibration and adjustment of the scale body;
③Fault automatic diagnosis, error message code prompt function;
④When the load is added to a load cell for a long time, its output often changes greatly, and the digital load cell automatically compensates for the creep through the software in the internal microprocessor.
3. Steel-concrete weighbridge
Also known as the cement scale, the difference from the full scale is that the scale body structure is different. The former is a reinforced concrete structure, and the latter is an all-steel structure. The instruments, junction boxes, and printer sensors used in these weighbridges (vehicle scales are commonly known as weighbridges) are roughly the same. The characteristics of the cement scale: the outer frame is formed by professional profiles, the inner part is double cloth reinforcement, and the connection is plug-type, with a service life of more than 20 years.
